The birdlady of Samsø

Thanks to the below nice friends Sam and I met last summer I got a few additional pictures of Samsø. During our last visits we always went visiting a local artist. It is a Finish lady with a story to tell. She is now an artist making mysterious birds. She uses skulls of dead birds and turns them into fantastic looking living birds again. She is very kind and living on herself and her dog on this island, living from selling these birds. You can see her here while working on another bird ready to fly out to another place in the world. Tourists are buying them and flying them all over the world. If you go to Samsø, you shouldn't miss her.
