Sweden here we come

July 21st in the morning at 05.45 I left Antwerp heading for Uppsala. A fantastic feeling to drive around 1700km , kind of the other side of Europe, but to know where you're going to. Though leaving behind Sam wasn't so much fun. Also Bazzle, the dog, was almost in my car to travel with me. But yeah some things in life aren't easy...

Anyway the trip went rather quick. On the way I had a stop to eat my own baked bread with the mum-made marmelade. Up till Lubeck everything went OK, but from there on the trafficjam started all the way to Puttgarden, where you take the boat to Denmark. I lost around 2.5 hours there, which frustrating, especially when you're alone in the car. But when you arrive in Copenhagen and you know there people waiting for you, than those things are easily forgotten. So I cam in Copenhagen and saw back a friend that moved back to her homecountry. As she had moved recently not having the chance bringin all her belongings I acted in this story as " the moving company". My car was packed with CD's, glasses, clothes and things like that. People on the road must have though I was moving. But it was fun.

In the evening there was great dinner waiting for me, with real Danish potatoes. If you want to overfeed me, than you have to prepare potatoes, as I can't stop eating them. Especially these ones you see on the picture. I had a very nice evening, the perfect stop for a trip up north.
