A new job, a step closer to Sweden

Hej all,

yesterdayevening I was informed by SAS Scandinavian Airlines that I will get the job I have been applying for. After several interviews and some very stressfull moments they decided that they want me onboard of their team. I will become the Star Alliance Coordinator for the Belux region, which means that SAS will be my employer, but that my daily work will be for Star Alliance in Belgium and Luxemburg. Next to the fact that I'm happy to go for a new job, I see this as my second step towards Sweden. The door to move one day to Sweden is a little, in fact a lot, more open now. I should be in contact with Scandinavians more, allowing me to go more into depth in the culture and the people of that area of Europe.
It's been the best decission until now in my professional life, although leaving All Nippon Airways is a little sad. I will leave behind some nice people. Japan will be a little more difficult to enter as a real non Japanse again. But it was a great journey with ANA.
Thanks for all of you, who supported me lately in getting to this point.

Jeroen
